A steering committee was formed that brought together members of the schools, city officials and community members to develop a website that would act as a portal to connect residents with existing online information regarding local school, community and government information. The purpose of this site is to make information more easily accessible by connecting to existing online information.  This site has been built through the commitment of the City of Hastings, Hastings Public Schools Community Education and a generous grant from the Ruth Gale and George W. Doffing Charitable Gift Fund, through the Minnesota Center for Philanthropy.
